Haunted wombs and barren seeds

This is my dad. In my photo class we had to do a project about someone who inspired us, I really couldn't think of anyone that wasn't famous. I was going to do my grandfather but due to laziness I resorted to doing my father. I love him lots. I also look an awful lot like him. He's a pretty cool guy, slightly embarrassing but but in that classic cheesy dad way that's not really embarrassing at all. I have to make some sort of final project with the pictures including text. It's going to be hard because these prints are super shitty last minute prints because for the first couple days of printing I was in a dark room funk. They're really dirty and scratched up but I cranked these babies out on the last day of dark room duty so at least I have something to turn in.

There's a lot I am looking forward to in the next month or so:
-I shaved off my eyebrows, so I'm excited for them to grow back, but kind of not because I draw them on pretty well
-tomorrow mstrkrft is playing a free show down the street from my house, which is fucking exciting because no shows happen by my house except for experimental and punk shows on occassion, but I've only been to two over here
-helping my friend make a funny/sexy gift for her boyfriend's birthday
-the fact that I'm not failing any classes, although I am purely mediocre and have 5 Cs, one B and a D
-I'm starting a new band with my friend Jetzi, it's going to be the cheesy classic acoustic band which are my guiltiest pleasure.
-The fact I just found out the Flaming Lips are playing Pitchfork! I'm sooooo excited for that, they're apparently epic live.
-SPRING BREAK 09 BRING ON THE EPICNESS OF STRAIGHT PARTY, or not, the weather is supposed to be shit
-Grizzly Bear's new album comes out next month, and the start of their tour, hopefully I will be heading to Bloomington, Indiana to see them before they come here for Pitchfork

AHHHHHH, the joy of only having two more months of school. I can picture it now. All I have left to do is concur the ACT, PSAE, AP Art History exam and pass my finals and I'm free! Hopefully I don't fail any classes!
